Are you my primary or GYN provider?
I do not provide routine primary care services, gynecological exams, pap smears, or prenatal care. However, I am happy to collaborate with your primary care provider, obstetrician, or gynecologic provider to ensure comprehensive care as needed.
Let’s do this, how do I book an appointment?
Let’s start with a free 15-minute phone consult to make sure we’re a great fit! Or schedule an appointment for in person or telemedicine for the desired service. After that, we'll schedule your initial 60-minute evaluation, which includes a detailed history and may involve lab tests. Follow-ups are 30 minutes and happen monthly until you’re stable, then every three months. Easy peasy!
Do you have in person appointments?
Absolutely! I’d love to welcome you to my cozy office in charming Lambertville, New Jersey!
Do you have telehealth appointments? Yes, I offer telehealth services for patients located in New Jersey. For those seeking evaluation and management of ADHD or low testosterone, in-person visits are required for the initial evaluation and every three months thereafter.
Do you take insurance?
We are out of network with insurance, which allows us to focus on what’s truly best for you—whether it’s treatment options, medication adjustments, or addressing your unique challenges. Our holistic, patient-centered approach ensures that your treatment plan aligns with your goals, free from insurance limitations. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance, but please check with them regarding out-of-network benefits and reimbursement. Many patients find that our rates are competitive with co-pays and deductibles, and I strive to make care as accessible as possible.
I have Medicaid or Medicare can you see me?
Thank you for considering our practice for your healthcare needs. Unfortunately, due to regulatory requirements, we are unable to accept Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries at this time. These regulations impact how we are able to provide care within our practice model. We understand this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance in finding other providers who can meet your needs under the Medicare or Medicaid programs. We’re here to help!
How do I request a refill? Or ask a question?
I’m happy to address brief questions through your patient portal. For more detailed inquiries, I recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure you receive the time and attention you deserve.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to cancel an appointment. We kindly request 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a $75 late cancellation fee will apply. We offer one courtesy reschedule for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, but after a second reschedule, a $75 fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding!
Prescription of Controlled Medications:
We do not prescribe controlled medications during the first visit. Patients are required to provide relevant medical records, and prescriptions will typically be considered after a second visit, pending a thorough review. Please note, I do not prescribe benzodiazepines. If you require urgent medication prescriptions, our practice may not be the best fit for your needs.
